Every child experiences the world in their own way, and that way deserves to be honored.
Our neurodivergent children’s storybooks are custom-created to reflect and affirm each child’s unique inner world. These stories are designed to help children feel seen, valued, and understood exactly as they are.
Each book gently reflects a child’s inner world - their sensitivities, strengths, challenges, curiosities, and rhythms - without labels, expectations, or pressure to change. The focus is on creating a story where the child can recognize themselves and feel safe within it.
We begin with a private listening conversation with a parent or guardian, where you share your child’s personality, needs, preferences, and experiences. From there, we thoughtfully create an original story that mirrors their reality with warmth and care.
These books are not instructional or clinical. They are imaginative, affirming spaces where a child’s way of being is welcomed and gently held.
Each Neurodivergent Children book is:
- Fully custom-written from scratch
- Created with deep respect for individual differences
- Illustrated through careful human art direction to support tone, meaning, and emotional safety
- Created slowly and thoughtfully, never mass-produced or replicated
- Designed as a comforting story a child can return to again and again
How it works
- You will receive a short form to share your child’s story, personality and needs.
- We schedule a private listening session with a parent or guardian to better understand your child’s world.
- Your child’s story is carefully written and illustrated by our atelier, with sensitivity and imagination.
- You receive a beautifully printed storybook, created especially for your child.

Important to know
This is a made-to-order creation.
The story and illustrations are created only after commission, allowing each book to be truly personal and unique.
Commission Process: To begin, we invite you to submit a Request Your Book. For most commissions, we recommend arranging payment in installments, allowing the process to unfold with ease. Payments are arranged in three stages: the first installment is due before the storytelling phase begin, the second before the writing process commences, and the final installment upon delivery of the completed book. After receiving your request, we will personally contact you to confirm all details and arrange secure installment payments.
Refund Policy: Each Atelier Agolée book is a made-to-order commission, created specifically for one person or family. For this reason, all commissions are considered final sale. The work unfolds through a thoughtful, collaborative process that includes conversations, written exchanges, and review rounds, ensuring clarity and alignments at every stage. If your finished book arrives with a printing or shipping issue, please contact us. All concerns are reviewed personally and with care.
Shipping: All Atelier Agolée books are created as physical heirloom editions and are shipped once the commission is complete. Each book is carefully packaged and sent with appropriate tracking and insurance, reflecting the work and materials invested in its creation. Shipping costs are already quoted in the project price. We work with clients internationally and ship worldwide.
