Custom Orders & Returns

Every text, layout configuration, and bound volume created by Atelier Agolée is structured uniquely for a single individual or family lineage. Because each project is an unrepeatable, custom-made masterwork crafted exclusively around private recollections, all delivered narrative commissions are permanently ineligible for return, exchange, or reversal.

Retainers & Scheduling Fees

Initial deposit payments serve to definitively reserve studio calendar bandwidth, project queues, and custom curation scheduling. To preserve the strict production constraints of the atelier and guarantee focused attention for each active project, all retainers remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations & Partial Refunds

Due to the deeply collaborative and creative nature of our publishing cycles, once substantive writing, custom illustration, research, or page development has actively commenced, all received installment payments are fully non-refundable. Should a project be formally halted prior to the initiation of creative design phases, a partial capital rollback may be evaluated at the absolute discretion of the studio management, less an assessment for any consultation hours and scheduling slots already explicitly consumed. All resolutions are executed in profound good faith to mirror the organizational time already invested.

Editorial Revisions & Changes

Each private commission integrates structured, sequential revision checkpoints explicitly outlined within your project’s foundational agreement. These review periods are designed precisely to protect factual veracity, structural coherence, and exact tonal alignment. The editorial team collaborates closely with you to ensure the final printed block flawlessly satisfies your baseline vision. Requests that deviate heavily from the verified manuscript concept or expand your project parameters will require separate evaluation and supplementary capital allocation.

Damaged Shipments & Product Defects

In the rare event that a material book arrives with an undeniable manufacturing defect, or sustains visible damage during courier transit, you are requested to notify the studio within 7 days of verified handover. Every package is dispatched with comprehensive valuation insurance. The studio takes total ownership of the transit claim process, prioritizing immediate replacement printing or expert repair. This coverage does not extend to environmental degradation, improper archival storage, or accidental handling damage sustained after verified drop-off at your destination coordinates.

Studio Autonomy & Special Cases

Under highly anomalous or exceptional circumstances, the atelier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend operational modifications that honor our commitment to personal equity and absolute professional integrity.
