Production & Dispatch Timelines

Each custom work is bound and finalized individually, entering the dispatch pipeline immediately upon completion. Delivery timelines respond organically to the precise nature of the commission, current binding queues, and the destination territory. Patrons receive confirmation and milestone parameters the moment their archival volume clears final quality control.

// 02

Shipping Methods & Security

All material volumes are dispatched via premium tracked couriers to ensure uncompromised security. Every transit package is shielded by valuation insurance, continuous transit logging, and a strict requirement for physical signature upon final handover. The studio selects carriers exclusively based on historic asset safety data.

// 03

Shipping Costs & Fees

Standard global postage fees are fully integrated into your baseline project quotation. No secondary logistics costs are levied unless explicit adjustments are executed in writing prior to dispatch. Requests for priority transit routing or complex delivery arrangements will be evaluated case-by-case and invoiced dynamically upon mutual accord.

// 04

Insurance & Transit Risk

The studio assumes complete responsibility for the volume up to the point of delivery, carrying absolute coverage against verified transit loss or material degradation. In the rare event of a courier incident, the atelier manages the claim process directly and initiates replacement production on priority. Risk parameters hand over entirely to the patron upon verified drop-off at the registered destination coordinates.

// 05

International Deliveries & Customs

For transcontinental shipments, delivery intervals are subject to local cross-border verification. Patrons carry sole responsibility for any state-imposed customs protocols, import assessments, or territorial taxes levied by the destination jurisdiction. The studio cannot arbitrate delivery delays caused by statutory border inspections.

// 06

Delivery Coordinates & Failed Attempts

Patrons are requested to confirm their absolute physical delivery coordinates prior to final dispatch. In the event that a shipment rolls back to our archives due to clerical coordinate entry errors or prolonged delivery failure at the destination, auxiliary capital allocations will be required to fund subsequent reshipment cycles.
