Commission Details
Most keepsake pieces are completed within one to three weeks of the listening conversation. If your occasion is approaching quickly, let us know at the time of enquiry and we will confirm whether an expedited timeline is possible.
Keepsake commissions are paid in full at booking. As each piece is written individually for one occasion, all commissions are treated as final once the listening conversation has taken place.
Every piece is delivered as a finished digital text. Fine framing or a presentation card, matched to the materials used across our full volumes, is available as an optional addition — ask at the time of enquiry.
