Commission Details
We begin with your request. Payments are arranged in three stages: the first installment secures the storytelling phase, the second covers the writing process, and the final payment is due upon delivery.
As each volume is a bespoke commission, all sales are final. Our collaborative process—including listening sessions and review rounds—ensures total alignment before production. We personally address any printing or shipping irregularities with care.
Your heirloom volume is carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking and insurance. We serve clients worldwide, and shipping costs are included in your project quote.
